TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF TICKETS FOR EVENTS AT SUNVIEW PARK



Identification of the parties: On the one hand, the seller of the tickets for events at Sunview Park, with CIF B93596344 and with address at Calle Comedias 29130, Alhaurín de la Torre, telephone 683455052 info@sunviewpark.com & web ​ ( nfo@sunviewpark.com and website http ://sunviewpark.com (hereinafter "Sunview Park"). On the other hand, the buyer of tickets for events at Sunview Park (hereinafter, the "Buyer").

Purpose: These general conditions regulate the sales of tickets for events at Sunview Park made by Sunview Park through its website http://sunviewpark.com.

Price and payment method: The price of tickets will be indicated for each specific event. Payment will be made by credit or debit card.

Delivery: Tickets will be delivered to the buyer by email, once the corresponding payment has been received.
 
Cancellations and Refunds: No refunds will be made for tickets once purchased. In the event of event cancellation, ticket prices will be refunded.

Liability: Sunview Park will not be responsible for any damages that may arise from misuse, loss or theft of tickets.
Use of tickets: Tickets are personal and non-transferable. The use of tickets for any purpose other than attending the specific event for which they were purchased is prohibited.
 
Data protection: Sunview Park guarantees the confidentiality of the buyer's personal data and its treatment in accordance with the provisions of data protection regulations.
Applicable laws and jurisdiction: these general conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish laws. Any controversy that may arise from access or use of the website http://sunviewpark.com will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga. ​

Abusive clauses: Sunview Park has verified that there are no abusive clauses in the terms and conditions of ticket sales for events.
